Focus Hardwood is a small, successful, and growing hardwood floor company seeking an assistant hardwood flooring specialist. We're seeking candidates with a minimum of one year experience in hardwood flooring. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, reliable, and a great team player.

Assistants work with Crew Leaders in order to see projects from start to finish. Assistants must communicate well with other team members and clients. This position requires detail oriented hardworking applicants, with drive to maintain the highest quality work.

About The Position:

-Full-time: Monday thru Friday (overtime available)

Requirements:

-Able to lift 50lbs.

-Valid driver license and reliable transportation

-A minimum of one year experience in hardwood flooring

-Familiar and comfortable operating machinery, sanding, applying finish, and stain

-Great communication skills

-Project and time management skills

-Professional attitude

-Able to pass a background check
