Meet Jesse
Jesse is the owner and founder of Focus Hardwood. Born and raised in Colorado, he has spent over 20 years dedicated to the hardwood flooring industry and has led Focus Hardwood for more than a decade.
With a deep respect for quality craftsmanship and integrity, Jesse believes the process is just as important as the final result. He leads each project with careful attention to detail, ensuring every floor is built to last and finished with care.
When he’s not on the jobsite, you’ll find him enjoying Colorado’s outdoors — trail running, telemark skiing, or camping with Clara and their two daughters. He recently completed the Moab 240, reflecting the same endurance and dedication he brings to his work.
Meet Clara
Clara is the organizer and steady heartbeat behind Focus Hardwood. While Jesse leads on the jobsite, she keeps every project moving smoothly — managing schedules and communication.
With a background in personal assistance and home organization, Clara is passionate about creating functional, welcoming homes. She loves organic materials and natural textures, and believes floors are the foundation of beautiful design. Through thoughtful systems and careful editing, she brings structure and simplicity to busy spaces.
When she’s not coordinating projects, she’s enjoying Colorado life with Jesse and their two daughters.
